Meet the Founder
Novae Systems was founded by Jeremy Perez, who spent nearly a decade in customer-facing technical support at Apple — moving from Technical Specialist to Technical Expert to Genius/Tier 3, the level that handles the problems no one else can solve. That experience shaped how Novae works: meet people where they are, skip the jargon, and fix the underlying system instead of slapping on a patch.
Before tech, Jeremy spent years managing fast-paced service operations — the same hands-on, customer-first work many of our clients live every day. It's why a contractor, a fire-safety company, or a lawn-care crew gets a partner who understands how a real service business actually runs, not just how to write code.
Jeremy is bilingual in English and Spanish and holds a degree in Business Administration. He built Novae Systems around a simple belief: small businesses deserve the same smart, connected digital systems big companies pay a fortune for — built clearly, explained plainly, and designed to actually grow the business.
